Pattaya Outlet Mall

The Pattaya Outlet Mall sells a wide selection of name brand clothing at discounted clothing catering to both the tourists and local markets.  It is a great place to look for clothes that fit westerners and have a better price than you will find at the other shopping malls in Pattaya.

The Outlet Mall in Pattaya is owned by the Pena Group, a large clothing distributor in Thailand.  They own a number of outlet malls throughout Thailand as a distribution channel to sale their overstocked clothing.  The clothes and brands offered here are not the knock offs you’ll find in the stalls at some of the local markets.

The Pattaya Outlet Mall has two separate buildings, The Outlet Mall and The Premium Outlet.

The Outlet Mall

The Outlet Mall was the first to open and is the larger of the two buildings and has about 40 stores split between the two floors.  Here you’ll find a combination of clothing stores that are outlets for local Thai Stores and brands, with a few big names like Levi’s as well.

The stores carry a variety of products in menswear, ladies, childrens, and a big athletic apparel store.  Most of them are not brand specific and you’ll have to look around if you want something specific.

The Premium Outlet

The Premium Outlet is an addition to the original mall.  It is an outdoor strip mall with 20 shops that are large brand outlets.  Here is where you’ll find the Nike, Adidas, QuikSilver, and other stores.  In the back corner is a large golf store called Golf Challenge where you can find everything you need for a day out on the links.

Prices At The Outlet Mall

The Pattaya Outlet Mall boasts that it has discounts of 10% – 70% everyday.  But are the prices really that good?  The truth is yes and no.  While a lot of people complain on Tripadvisor that the prices aren’t any better than a regular shopping mall in Pattaya, plenty of people are still finding good discounts.

A lot depends on what you are looking for and how much they have discounted a particular item.  In most cases the prices are cheaper at the outlet mall than someplace like Central Festival, but not everything is going to be 70% off.

Food

There are a couple of stands selling snacks in the mall, but no restaurants.  The Outlet Mall is really a shopping destination to get cheap clothes and as such they don’t offer much in the way of food and drink.
